Background and objectives of the mission

Babilou is a leading company in the management of day care centers. With more than 10,000 employees around the world and more than 20,000 children welcomed every day, Babilou is a growing company.

Every month, new employees join the company's ranks. Therefore, for the Group, there was a need to: structure and accelerate the Talent Management policy for employees. In particular concerning the development of their soft skills.

To this end, Babilou has been offering group training modules for about 2 years;

• Programs for Managers
• Programs to support the development of “High Potential” Talents.

In 2020, the company wanted to give forty employees the opportunity to benefit from time to take a step back in their daily lives that were sometimes made difficult by the context (health crisis, teleworking, etc.).

Babilou therefore called on the Click & Coach teams to design and conduct a support program in the form of individual remote coaching sessions.

Program terms and conditions

In collaboration with Click & Coach experts, Babilou's HR teams have packaged a catalog to allow Managers to offer their employees the opportunity to develop their soft skills.

En 3 one-hour sessions, they work with a professional coach on thematics such as:

• how develop the impact of your speech in public?
• how manage your time and priorities ?
• how manage stress and energy over the long term?
• how influence in an organization non-hierarchical?
