Talentis continuing education and tools
Talentis complementary training of 10 days per year for the first 5 years of practice, then 5 days per year. 1 certification in a new tool offered each year: MBTI, Lumina Spark, Emotional Intelligence, Belbin, Theory U, etc...Talentis regularly organizes intervision sessions with all its coaches.
