Background and objectives of the mission

Amadeus is an international management company for the distribution and sale of travel services. With more than 19,000 employees from 150 different nationalities, Amadeus creates solutions that enable airlines and airports, hotels, railways, tour operators and others to operate and improve the travel experience around the world.

Each year, Amadeus France promotes around thirty managers to the position of Senior Managers. They face new challenges that require the development of certain skills and postures.

The Talent Management team at Amadeus France was looking for a solution capable of supporting the development of these Senior Managers that could meet 3 criteria:

  • Digital : the group's population is very digital and wanted to benefit from digital and innovative tools
  • Massive and responsive : respond quickly to numerous support needs
  • International : the teams are culturally very varied and needed to be able to exchange

We have therefore provided the group with our Click & Coach remote coaching platform to accelerate and secure the appointment of their Senior Managers.

Modalities

When they take office, the Group's Senior Managers are confronted with major challenges. Among them:

  • Understand the strategic and “business” dimension of their new role
  • Building a learning strategy with the key players in their organization
  • Identify the priority areas of their strategy of leadership development...

Through 5 sessions of 1.5 hours including a debriefing of their Lumina leadership profile, Senior Managers enjoy a break with a Talentis professional coach. The objective: to take a step back from a very busy daily routine to take stock of your posture, your progress and build a long-term success plan.
