Valérie Rocoplan, our CEO, received the #GrandPrixSyntec Gold Prize yesterday evening in the category “Attraction, Support and Development of Talents” - for the “Trajectory” program designed and deployed by Talentis within the Bouygues Group. The objective of this program is to accelerate and secure the promotion of the group's female talents to management positions (Codir/Comex), and to engage all stakeholders towards greater diversity in management teams.
At present, the results of this first promotion are extremely positive, which will lead to this program being renewed in 2023:
📣 Support for 50 talented future managers and stakeholders over a year, #DRH of the various professions and managers around the challenges of #mixité of teams
👩🏻 🎓 Increase in women identified in the “Future Comex” leadership program
📈 Increase in the promotions and appointments of women to positions of responsibility
💬 Very positive feedback from participants!
