Background and objectives of the mission

Veolia is a French multinational. It offers solutions for the management and recovery of water, waste and energy. Whether for communities or industries. It employs more than 163,000 people on five continents.

In recent years, the Veolia group has wanted to strengthen the presence of women in management and management positions.
Since 2017, the WIL (Women In Leadership) program has aimed to: accelerate women's career paths, boost their leadership, retain them and contribute to achieving the group's gender equality goals.

WIL takes place over 9 months and is aimed at female talent with the potential to evolve over the next 3 years.

Wishing to continue this program in 2019, the group contacted Talentis to:

  • Offer to the 60 participants a quality leadership program. It is built around 3 essential pillars : personal effectiveness, business acumen, visibility in business.
  • Propose methods combining in-person launch and closing days. But also remote thematic workshops, individual online coaching for participants. In parallel, will be offered workshops around diversity management, And of individual online coaching for their managers
