Hackhaton days
A major group in the luxury industry, it has more than 50 entities present on all continents and brings together more than 100,000 employees. Talentis has been supporting this company since 2010 in developing the leadership of its Talents through, among other things, leadership seminars and individual coaching sessions.
In co-creation with the client and partners, we designed a program allowing the Group's Talents to experiment with new ways of working inspired by the Startup spirit. This project was initiated and supported by the Group Human Resources Department. The Talentis team of coaches was responsible for supporting the participants in the development of their innovative ideas, from the definition of the problem to the business plan, including prototyping.
The first edition of this program allowed 60 participants to test their creative energy, their capacity for innovation and to work as a team for 4 days. In addition to crowning 3 particularly innovative projects, this event saw the birth of a new state of mind intended to inject even more audacity, creativity and agility into the group's teams.
