The client, a large French insurance group, wanted to support a group of managers via an individual remote coaching program.

The goals:

• Strengthen their managerial impact
• Give them the means to achieve the goals set by their hierarchy in their area of responsibility
• Implement managerial postures and skills effectively

Put management back at the center of managers' concerns by developing the manager-coach posture — supporting them in their role and developing their ability to support transformation for themselves and for their teams

The managerial populations concerned:

Individual and Professional Market Advisors: field managers — “nomadic” salespeople.

Upstream:

Custom-designed self-diagnosis, based on the Group's management framework

Remote coaching sessions:

7-hour course + 2 quadripartites of 1 hour. That's 9 hours in total.
