Professional equality between men and women is one of the major issues on which Talentis has been supporting major French and international groups for more than 10 years. We help companies define real, sustainable and effective diversity policies and support the development of female talent at all levels of the organization. On June 6, we also organized a breakfast to present the support we offer on this subject. The report is to be read
Today, discover the testimony of Paul Foeglé, professional coach at Talentis, who explains to us how “professional equality between men and women is everyone's business”.
Paul Foeglé, Talentis professional coach:My experience as a manager and professional executive coach leads me to good news and bad news. The good news is that mixed teams have major qualities:
These qualities are better represented in mixed teams, giving them greater capacity for growth, transformation and innovation.
The bad news is that there are still too many limiting beliefs in the company and too many stereotypes. Including on the men's side.
So it's up to us gentlemen to overcome these limiting beliefs to give more space to professional equality between men and women and thus create new conditions for transformation.
As a former manager, before becoming a Talentis professional coach, I am convinced that diversity in companies brings us a better quality of cooperation, greater team cohesion and an adjusted pace to deploy our strategies.
Finally, I can say that promoting professional equality between men and women means promoting efficiency and happiness at work.
